Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is an appointment request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies availability.
2. Prices and services
Prices shown on the website are the official prices supplied by the business and may be updated. Service duration, therapist availability and treatment details should be confirmed before arrival.
3. Cancellations and delays
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late arrival may reduce the available session time so later appointments are not disrupted.
4. Health and suitability
Guests should disclose allergies, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiovascular concerns, skin conditions or other relevant health information before a session. We may recommend postponing or declining a treatment where appropriate.
5. Guest conduct
Respectful conduct is required at all times. Wellicon Luxury Spa may refuse or end a service where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, unlawful or inappropriate.
6. Payments
Payment methods and any applicable taxes should be confirmed with the spa. The website does not collect online payment unless a separate secure payment facility is expressly introduced.
